1. Who We Are

Redline Lab is a brand of Redline Blockchain S.A., a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama. Redline Blockchain S.A. owns the platform, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property referenced on the Site.

Redline Lab acts as Coordinator and Arranger. Enterprise services — including software delivery, asset-backed private credit structuring, and over-the-counter liquidity — are performed by Redline Lab portfolio companies, authorized delivery partners, licensed liquidity providers, and regulated counterparties under definitive agreements. Redline Lab does not custody client assets and does not execute trades on its own account for clients.

2. No Offer of Securities

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, digital asset, loan participation, fund interest, or other financial instrument, in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or solicitation is unlawful. Any offering, if made, will be made solely by means of definitive documentation to eligible counterparties.

3. Eligibility and Investor Qualification

Investment, private credit, and OTC liquidity information on the Site is intended exclusively for institutional counterparties, professional investors, qualified purchasers, and accredited investors as defined under applicable law in their jurisdiction. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that you meet those criteria and that you may lawfully receive such information.

The Founder Portal, LP Portal, and data rooms are restricted-access systems provided to authorized users only. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Access may be suspended or withdrawn at any time. Materials accessed through these portals are confidential and may not be redistributed.

All content, trademarks, logos, frameworks, and software on the Site are owned by Redline Blockchain S.A. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
